On October 17, 2014, I had the privilege of hosting the First Annual Precious Pink Memories created by Luna Starz Management. Luna Starz Management is a savvy event planning company created by Lounick Perony, aka Cookie Sweet. As a Breast Cancer Survivor, Lounick Perony is committed to creating fun filled events in order to fundraise for Breast Cancer Awareness. A portion of the proceeds are donated to American Cancer Society at Making Strides Walk . After receiving the news that I would be hosting Precious Pink Memories, my first thought was, "What am I going to do with my hair?" As a naturalist for the past three years, I've been wearing many different styles of kinky twists. I did not want to look the same for the event. I felt that I needed to step up and demonstrate some creativity of my natural beauty and charm. As I envisioned, I came up with a Mohawk, but I was not sure of how the front was going...
