HAPPY WOMEN'S MONTH 2017: Honoring Kisha J. McRae

Mrs. Kisha J. McRae
The Stiletto Queen who speaks to your heart...
Boom..

Kisha is first as she puts it a vessel for God. A Kingdom Driven Entrepreneur, mother and wife of three children, 2 princesses  19 and 27, one handsome Prince 17, who Kisha say are the earth of her heart.

Kisha fights and have overcome many adversities in her life. That is why she says she is the Pam Grier of Resilience.  She bounces back quickly & strong after a setback. She is a Lupus Survivor of 27 long years Now Thriving, Hyper Thyroid Disorder fighter, ADHD fighter (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), Rape Survivor, Depression & Anxiety Disorder Warrior, Survivor of what could have been three close calls with death, but God, A Suicidal walking grenade survivor is the metaphor she gives of this experience.

She indicates she didn’t explode and or ever attempt suicide but she admits to contemplating about how she would do it because she was at the darkest place in her life known to man. She didn't know how to create change and a new norm after someone she trusted raped her while on a date taking every part of her soul from her... I was dying inside but God saved me from myself she adds.
“He saved me and used my stilettos to do so. The stiletto Queen Brand represents the resilience she believe God gifted her with so she could teach other women she is called to serve how to develop this skill.  See the day she was not going to put on her heels something made her do so anyway. Mrs. Kisha admits on this day she was thinking about taking her life. As she walked up the block in her red stilettos she believes God was transforming all those negative thoughts that was not of him into a wakeup call reality check.  I began to feel highly esteemed in my heels but this was different from other experiences I have or feel when wearing my stilettoes. She indicates that she looked down at her shoes and felt like a powerhouse. She began to think about her demise, child and family. A guilty feeling came over her whole being because she says here I am contemplating suicide what a selfish thought.
I will go to my grave believing that was God mysterious way of bringing me back to reality.  Although she always been a believer in Christ in her early years, but she says I still did me. So in other words she was a believer, lukewarm is the biblical term because she was living in total sin and loving it and not a follower of Christ in order to live right. That thought to put on her stilettos she states was God beginning to shift my mentality. He used my heels to give me life. It was like God Knew that this was going to be the best wait to get to me because I was stubborn. However we know God can do all things nothing is too hard for him. However in Mrs. Kisha mind God Just knew this was the best way to get me to snap out of this dangerous state I was in.

Mrs. Kisha admits. If she knew what she know now about Christ, life may have been different with her decisions, thoughts, feelings and behaviors she says. She was a Low self-esteem silent sufferer in her teens, no one knew because she hid it behind solving everyone who came to her for advice problems. Mrs. Kisha admits she was damn good at it, many of friends and strangers told her so and that just confirmed the obvious.

Kisha will tell you she knew what she was good at but had not experienced her greatness. Low self-esteem from what she believes was from teen depression that she wasn’t aware of at that time in her life.  So she survived her low esteem issues in silence without friends knowing she unconsciously used her gift of gab to help her be validated and this made her feel relevant. She explains peer pressure may have been present because she found that she had to fight hard to keep her stiletto high self-esteem up to make others feel good about themselves and not think any less of her.

Kisha does not feel as of today any regrets about what she has gone through and survived and says “I am an authentic woman of God who now knows her life demise that has taken place, was all in God schedule not a mistake. God had to plan my life this way. She states in order to design her purpose of whom I am to serve, my life adversities had to happen just as it did. Mrs. Kisha says that God has been right beside her through it all and believe this is the reason for her strength and such resilience.

Kisha is on a mission now to help mend 100 deteriorated hearts of those stylish Kingdom Driven Entrepreneurial women 20-45, working a 9 to 5 while growing their businesses, who are suffering in silence with blame and shame due to the traumatizing experience of being sexually violated. (Rape).
They no longer have passion for their purpose. Life as they once knew it has been severely snatched from beneath them and all they know is how to give up and smile behind this Life less pain.
Mrs. Kisha boldly says that she will as God uses her teach these women ultimately how to create a new norm so they are authentically stepping fearlessly into restoration, transformation and elevation in all areas of their life.

She indicates that her credentials of having a  Bachelor Of Arts degree and major in Social Work, two Coaching Certifications, Transformation Certification, her fierce skills as a Child Protective Specialist with Administration  For Children Services, Social Worker Assistant skills, 10 years of experience with ADHD Advocacy, the several network marketing opportunities she has indulged in that required her to conduct many product presentations, her experience with coordinating personal development workshops for staff workers at a previous job, the volunteer work as a Certified Peer Health Educator and Lupus Line  Counselor for those who have lupus and or were newly diagnosed.

The special God given gift of Resilience Mrs. Kisha Says is the masterpiece and magic ingredient in her helping to heal and transform the lives of these women who are being held in bondage because of the past trauma they have experienced. She understands the losing of oneself and trying to smile when wanting to cry, the shame and blame that caused her stagnation and shiny object syndrome. Her redundant experience with rape she says and the struggle to keep it quiet almost caused her a death sentence. Mrs. Kisha said she will not allow these women to stay in darkness. She indicates she is well equipped and qualified to help these women live and not die. She says they must want to change or she is not the coach for them. Her no nonsense way of coaching in which is done with compassion, Grace and Empathy. She is aware of how vulnerable these women can be.

Mrs. Kisha J. McRae speaks to the hearts of these beloved women who no longer know who they are anymore. So she gets them to change their own lives gracefully as she uses Kingdom Principals, scripture, Educational Skills, learned techniques, strategies, street and her book smarts and good old tuff love to do so. In doing so these women rediscover their faith so their shame turns to shine and they are able to fiercely rock and step highly in their stilettos with confidence and be Fearless, Fabulous and Fly once again unapologetically . She states it's time to Voice Up and be silent no more about sexual assault/rape.
She is also passionate about turning these women pain into power, silence into
Resilience, help them to control emotions by managing their negative thoughts, feelings and beliefs
So that these woman will overall emotionally be able to position themselves to embrace Restoration, Transformation & Elevation in all areas of their lives, with a focus on their strengths, gifts and talents instead of their weaknesses.

Mrs. Kisha J McRae, Stiletto Queen Voice that speaks to your heart, The Pam Grier of Resilience wants to send the message that when you find strength in your struggle you will rock the essence of your unique Resilience. Mrs. Kisha reveals her strength is her faith.

THE POWER OF VISION

Well, last year at around eleven o'clock in the night on January 31, 2016, I made a conscious decision to be sure to do everything different in order to achieve different things in 2017. So, to start off, I went to my first ever Vision Board Party on January 28, 2017. It was the most exciting event I had ever been to in my entire life. It brought so much joy, happiness, and great clarity for more vision. I was so blown away by the positive atmosphere, I did not even finish my board by the end of the event. So, you know I had homework to do. So, a week later, via searching online, I saw a church which was having a FREE Vision Board Party. I said to myself, this is indeed a great opportunity for me to attend that event in order for me to finish my board. I instantly was motivated to be there. So sure enough, I attended, and not only did I finish my first Vision Board, I began another one, being more specific based on more clarity. I was overly excited. As I was at the second Visi...

HAPPY WOMEN'S MONTH 2017: Honoring Frantzlie Vaval

My name is Frantzlie Vaval, I was born in Montreal, Canada and moved to the United States when I was 13 years old with my family. I must say it was difficult adjusting to a new culture and language.  Looking back, I can say that I conquered many adversities, and always knew with God and family, I would be able to overcome them. I was raised in a Christian home and I see the values that were instilled in me helped me become the woman that I am today.  I currently work as a Public Health adviser. I enjoy working with different communities, and helping people in need of advice. I also work as a Realtor agent, since I enjoy helping others find a place to call home. There are different things that I enjoy doing, but I can truly say that I have a passion in music. I was raised around musicians, my father is a choir director, my mother, sisters and I all sing.  I currently direct a choir as well. I guess I followed in my father's footsteps.  One thing I re...
