HAPPY WOMEN'S MONTH 2017: Honoring Shanitria N. Kittrell





Shanitria N. Kittrell is business strategist with over 10 years’ experience in business management and sustainability, quality assurance, training, and customer service. Her professional strengths include motivational speaking and leadership, effective communication, managing and leading diverse groups of individuals.

Currently, Shanitria owns and operates three businesses’. Amazing Testimonies Incorporated, a non-profit organization whose mission is to address social issues in South Carolina through community collaborations/partnerships, advocacy, education, mentoring, and assistance, and enhance youth leadership through community service project developments and implementations; Outreach Services LLC, a Business Consulting and Life Coaching Firm, and Katering By Kittrell, a full service catering establishment.

Shanitria obtained her BSBA from Southern Wesleyan University in 2009, and she is actively pursuing a Double Masters’ Degree in Counseling, and Business Administration. Shanitria’s professional attributes include: Motivational/Empowerment Speaking, a Certified Executive and Personal Life Coach,  a Certified Civil Court Mediator for SC and NC, a member and volunteer for many prominent non-profit agencies both locally and nationally, a featured writer and speaker with the Women of Fruit Magazine, and a co-author in the anthology Pain 2 Passion, Our Valley Experience. 

Shanitria continues to spread encouragement and hope, by demonstrating and proudly professing that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but He has equipped us with a shield of power, a heart that is able to love unconditionally, and a mind that stays in constant control. (Ref. 2 Tim. 1:7)

As I've taken the time to meditate for the past month during the transition of season, I've realized that I've grown a whole lot. I am such a better person today, then I was yesterday, last month, last year... I've improved so much by simply becoming familiar with my state of being, sense of style, and personality. My name is Frantzlie Vaval, I was born in Montreal, Canada and moved to the United States when I was 13 years old with my family. I must say it was difficult adjusting to a new culture and language.  Looking back, I can say that I conquered many adversities, and always knew with God and family, I would be able to overcome them.
