Shequita Lee is a Speaker, Author & Social Media Coach/Fanatic, who believes that Life is too short, so enjoy the journey and where it may take you.
Shequita started on social media 2009, like most people she was intrigued. In 2013, she used Social Media to grow her small business and team. Since then she has been teaching & coaching Small Business Owners to become savvy on Social Media.
She is a Co-Author in the Best-Seller Chocolate & Diamonds for The Woman’s Soul. Life altering events happened on Shequita’s journey, and she realized the situation changed who she is, and had to take a chance, and made a choice to change her outlook. Shequita recently completed her newest co-authored book, Women Innovators – Leaders, Makers, and Givers Volume 3 in which she majorly emphasizes upon helping stuck aspiring business professionals get Unstuck and Move Forward into the new world of Social Media. Besides this, she also completed her newest inspirational book Relax, Unwind, & Soar which is available for purchase.
Shequita is an Inspirational Speaker. She speaks on several platforms, Live Events and has done numerous podcasts. Her primary objective is to share tips and hacks of Social Media, help entrepreneurs, coaches, and aspiring authors successfully navigate through the means of social media.

THE POWER OF VISION

Well, last year at around eleven o'clock in the night on January 31, 2016, I made a conscious decision to be sure to do everything different in order to achieve different things in 2017. So, to start off, I went to my first ever Vision Board Party on January 28, 2017. It was the most exciting event I had ever been to in my entire life. It brought so much joy, happiness, and great clarity for more vision. I was so blown away by the positive atmosphere, I did not even finish my board by the end of the event. So, you know I had homework to do. So, a week later, via searching online, I saw a church which was having a FREE Vision Board Party. I said to myself, this is indeed a great opportunity for me to attend that event in order for me to finish my board. I instantly was motivated to be there. HAPPY WOMEN'S MONTH 2017: Honoring Frantzlie Vaval

My name is Frantzlie Vaval, I was born in Montreal, Canada and moved to the United States when I was 13 years old with my family. I must say it was difficult adjusting to a new culture and language.  Looking back, I can say that I conquered many adversities, and always knew with God and family, I would be able to overcome them. I was raised in a Christian home and I see the values that were instilled in me helped me become the woman that I am today.  I currently work as a Public Health adviser. I enjoy working with different communities, and helping people in need of advice.
