HAPPY WOMEN'S MONTH 2017: Honoring Frantzlie Vaval

My name is Frantzlie Vaval, I was born in Montreal, Canada and moved to the United States when I was 13 years old with my family. I must say it was difficult adjusting to a new culture and language.

Looking back, I can say that I conquered many adversities, and always knew with God and family, I would be able to overcome them. I was raised in a Christian home and I see the values that were instilled in me helped me become the woman that I am today.

I currently work as a Public Health adviser. I enjoy working with different communities, and helping people in need of advice. I also work as a Realtor agent, since I enjoy helping others find a place to call home. There are different things that I enjoy doing, but I can truly say that I have a passion in music. I was raised around musicians, my father is a choir director, my mother, sisters and I all sing.  I currently direct a choir as well. I guess I followed in my father's footsteps.

One thing I realized is that I have a gift to counsel people, and a calling to help people no matter what they’re going through. I hope to assist even more people in the future whether by providing some type of counseling service, to help others upon their own journeys, but in the meantime, I will continue to be of service to those around me that are in need.

Organix

When it comes to natural hair, the only thing you hear Naturalists talk about is moisture and hydration . Please become familiar with these two words because that is the only way to keep your natural hair alive. Natural hair loves oils. It absorb it because your roots are always thirsty. Oils are known as nutrients to your scalp and hair. Here are the oils I use on my hair: Coconut Oil, Coconut Milk and Argan Oil & Shea Butter by Organix. Coconut Oil is a 100% pure natural conditioner. It is a stimulant, rich in vitamins and excellent for hair growth. Coconut Milk nourishes my hair and prevents balding. It is a great hair detangler and an awesome conditioner. I create my own conditioner by applying honey to my coconut milk, mixing it and applying it to my hair for hair growth and scalp stimulation. Argan Oil & Shea Butter restores my hair and scalp. Argan Oil penetrates my hair leaving a non-greasy shine. And, Shea Butter creates smooth strands t...

Take the opportunity to fulfill your desire to the fullest. as we approach the mid-year season. I just want to highlight a very special moment in my life which occurred a couple a days ago. People began to leave comments as I began to promote my blog on my  Facebook page; but I must say that I was most intrigued by a young lady who specifically wrote " I really love your blog!  I've been reading it for fun, lol." I must tell you that comment took me by surprise. I absolutely had no idea that my blog was being followed, since it launched a couple of weeks ago. And, just to show you how the law of attraction works... Every early morning, I share a few inspirational and motivational thoughts with my supporters on Instagram and Facebook . This selection ...
